This post office is the most unfriendly, inefficient post office for Passport Services. Norma should really be ashamed of herself and her treatment of customers. She doesn't deserve to work here or any place for that matter. Norma you are not entitled to your job, it is a privilege. You should remember your customers first instead of your unhelpful and deliberate actions to delay and stall in assisting customers. It's postal workers like you that give the US Postal Service a bad name. Shame on you!
The best usps I have ever been to. There is a lady is pretty funny.
This USPS is located in a convenient location and has lots of parking. Dropping of packages was quick and easy. There were a lot of people there but it seems like people got in and out quick. There's also a separate driveway to just drop off letters in the mailboxes. It's separate from the parking lot and closer to the road.
"The estimated wait time is from 11-14 minutes", 1 hour later the post office closes and my call is never answered.
Made us wait a very long time for passport service and online it said it was open until two o'clock and they said when we got there that they closed at one. Ineffiect communication and wasted a good amount of our time.
