Kids had fun at their birthday party. The price seems high for booking a party that is shared with the public.
Fun place to take family and friends. Good for all ages.
I do not like to bring my kids to a place they care less about me and my kids, or to even give me the time that am paying for!!
We come often here for kids. We did our kids’ birthday parties and attended many friends’ parties, because it’s close to home. Tonight we came to let kids get their energy out, attendant and supervisor charged us for a time but allowed us less due to their “strict specific Saturday timing”. I asked if they can have their staff on trampolines simply allow the 5-10 minutes they would owe us based on what we’re paying, more to give us the exact time they are charging us for but giving us less, and they refused. So basically, we paid for 30 minutes but kids played only 15 minutes... or we had to pay for 2 hours and my kids only needed 1 hour. So, we came in vain: I still paid, and by time kids change, went to trampoline to play even the 15 minutes, they ended playing 8 minutes and lights were out!!!!
Kids had a blast here, safe equipment, very well monitored, decent seating area for adults and televisions which they can change the channel if you want to catch a game.
Such a waste of not just money, but time.
Will drive more to other jumping place next time. This place does not deserve me and my lids as clients.
