Called yesterday; booked and had an appointment for today. Pleasant customer service agent, who later called back asked if I was available and could they come earlier? Yes! Dennis (the guy from their video) appeared in a red truck clearly labeled with their company name and logo. This was as described by the customer service person, and important to me as there's been some scams of vendors. Dennis was profession, pleasant, efficient, and quickly identified the problem (broken washer, etc.). I recommend Fast Response for the type of service we required. Also, the technician was dog-friendly.
