The breakfast was very good, it is free and offers bread, english muffin, bagels, cinnamon rolls, different spreads, sausages, scrambled eggs and regular ones, yogurt, cereals and oatmeal. The employees were very cooperative and friendly. The hotel also offers several services for disabled persons. All in all we were very content and would definetely recommend it!
I'm a cardholder for ihg I stayed here in a 1 bedroom in July 2017 on vacation @ the San Dimas Ca location and it was nice. I booked again in Oct 2017 to take my kids back to Universal Studio for the horror night... It was not a great experience. The bathroom in the room was not clean well, it looked like rust / dried blood or something on the door panel. It was ants around the tube. No covers for the pull out bed, I went to the front desk and she just gave me a sheet. We made it back to the room @ 3am from horror night the doors was locked and the key wouldn't work. I tried the south gate it was broke, I had to walk all the way around to the other side of the property then go back to the front to let my family in, it was still no front desk person ...
The place is very clean and the landscape is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the swimming pool and spa we're clean. I would most definitely come back and stay at this hotel
This hotel is very clean, has a big swimming pool and a small Whirlpool with warm water that was very relaxing being in it.
Awesome room! Seems like the rooms were recently renovated so everything was new. Had a courtyard pool that was awesome. The breakfast was also okay, not the greatesr but definitely not the worst. Can be a little loud do to the open design but not too much to cause concern. Not to mention the staff was amazing, all and all a pretty awesome stay.
Not as modern as the other holiday inn Express but super nice ppl
